Terms of Service — Lynfolio

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lynfolio. Lynfolio is a read-oriented portfolio dashboard for Supabase accounts you connect. It is not an official Supabase product and not affiliated with Supabase.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Lynfolio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

Description of service

Lynfolio provides a web application to connect Supabase accounts via OAuth, aggregate project metadata and operational signals, and present estimates and monitoring in a single interface. Features, limits, and pricing tiers may change during beta; pricing on the site is illustrative until billing is fully integrated.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your account credentials, for compliance with Supabase's terms when using their platform, and for ensuring you have the right to connect any organization you authorize. You will not misuse OAuth flows, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service in violation of law.

Intellectual property

Lynfolio and its branding, code, and content (excluding your data and third-party marks) are owned by us or our licensors. Supabase trademarks belong to Supabase.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Cost estimates and metrics are informational and may differ from official Supabase billing.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Termination

You may stop using Lynfolio at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, risk to the service, or as required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

Template — for counsel review: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless your jurisdiction requires otherwise. Courts in that state (or another venue you specify with counsel) shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
